We at The People Factor are a professionally managed HR Consulting firm with experienced HR Leaders who have set up, managed and scaled up HR functions in small to large firms.
Our experience is built upon the understanding of Indian Laws and practices that govern any growing firm. We have worked with organisations ranging from 10 to 3000+ employees to help solve some of their key human resources problem statements.
Our philosophy is that we view the Human Resources function as a key pillar to Business than a support function and we work with Business Leaders to help set that in motion!

WHO WE ARE
The People Factor is a team of like-minded people passionate about working with entrepreneurs and partnering in their journey to build a business. Our goal is to simplify HR practices for business and focus energies to help build Organisations which have happy teams and leaders working together for a common vision.
The People Factor is founded by Shilpa Bibin who has over 15 years of experience in the People function. Shilpa has worked with all kinds of organisations - small and large to help build robust HR practices.
In addition, she has strong interests in the Social side of business working with several non-profits over the past many years and influencing the right CSR thinking in the organisations that she has partnered with.
